Organisation

So having a healthy life style is great, and Tally did a blog post on cleaning that's a great thing because it makes you feel clean in a way. But what about organisation, that's the most important thing about having a healthy life style. I know i am only 13 and i haven't really experienced stress or depression but i would say having everything organised it could relieve that, maybe not depression as much but definitely stress. Lets say you didn't make your bag ready for the morning then you rushing around trying to get everything sorted then u end up forgetting something. or you can't find something in case of an emergency. So why don't you create certain shelves for certain things. Like i have a cupboard dedicated to all my medicine and stuff , and all my art, it's also good to label stuff and put items in jars one because it's pretty and two because they're easy to find.
